Kartak Arabi
Arab Bank in conjunction with Jawwal offers you “Kartak Arabi” service which allows you to recharge your mobile using the Direct Banking Services from Arab Bank. This is yet another value-added service from Arab Bank designed to give you additional flexibility and convenience.
To benefit from “Kartak Arabi” service, use one of the following:
“Hala Arabi” the Phone Banking Service:
Call 1800333333 and follow these steps:

Select option 1 from the main menu

Enter the 6 digit main account number followed by the PIN

Select number 3 then number 4 then number 1

Select the account that you wish to debit the amount from
-
Enter the mobile number you wish to recharge starting with 059 then select option 2

Select the recharge denomination: 20 or 50 or 100 or 200 then select number 2 to continue then number 2 to execute the transaction.
“Arabi Online” the Internet Banking Service:
Select “Mobile Top-Up” from the main menu followed by these steps:
ATM:
Select “Mobile Top-up” service from the main menu followed by these steps:

Select the company name: Jawwal

Enter the mobile number you want to recharge starting with 059 then press “Enter”

Select the recharge denomination: 20, 50, 100 or 200

Select the account you would like to pay the mobile recharge from

Press “Accept” to execute the recharge

To use “Kartak Arabi” service you have to be registered in one of the Direct Banking Services

The exact recharged denomination amount will be added to your mobile balance

The expiry date remains the same as the other expiry dates of Jawwal

Direct debit and transfer between accounts will be based on Arab Bank’s exchange rates at the date of the transaction
