E-SADAD SERVICE

“E-SADAD” is a bill presentment and payment service through a National Electronic System under the supervision and management of the Palestinian Monetary Authority (PMA). This service is currently available our Mobile Banking application “Arabi Mobile”, or as a direct payment method through the Palestinian Government Electronic Services Portal “Hukumati”.

Through “E-Sadad” service, you can inquire about, manage, and pay bills 24/7, including: paying municipality related fees, tuition fees, general utility bills, telecommunication bills, etc.

This service enables you to:

  • Inquire about any of your due bills instantly. 
  • Pay any of your bills, where the payments will be instantly credited to your biller’s account.
  • Add and pay recurring bills quickly and easily using “E-SADAD” service through “Arabi Mobile”.
  • View the history of all payments made using the “E-SADAD” service.

To start using the service right away, you simply need to login to "Arabi Mobile" app and select the “E-SADAD” tab from the side menu.
