Campaign Terms and Conditions:

• This campaign starts on 24/12/2025 and ends on 31/1/2025

This campaign targets Arab Bank credit card holders who make purchases at Sbitany stores using their Arab Bank credit cards on Arab Bank POS machines with a minimum spend of ILS 2000 (or equivalent in other currencies) per transaction Campaign Features:

• One point for every USD (or its equivalent in other currencies) spent at Sbitany for cards eligible for “Arabi Points” Program
• Ability to pay in installments with zero interest for up to 24 months
• Eligibility to enter a draw to win a 65 inches TV screen for 5 winners

Draw Mechanism:

1. The minimum purchase amount to enter the draw is 2,000 ILS or the equivalent in other currencies.
2. Every 2,000 ILS of total purchase transactions grants the customer one chance in the draw, with a maximum of 25 chances.

Example: The customer made three purchase transactions during the campaign period as follows:

First: 2,500 ILS

Second: 1,500 ILS

Third: 5,000 ILS
Only the first and third transactions are counted since they are greater than 2,000 ILS, and the number of chances is calculated by taking their total (7,500 ILS) divided by 2,000 ILS = 3.75 chances, rounded to 4 chances.

• Points are calculated at the cardholder account level and credited within a maximum of two weeks from the campaign end date
• The draw will take place within a maximum of three weeks after the campaign ends

General Conditions:

• The Bank reserves the right to amend the campaign terms and conditions at any time as it deems appropriate, with notifying customers through the appropriate channels and notifying Palestine Monetary Authority.
• The Bank reserves the right to terminate this campaign, fully or partially, at any time and without stating reasons, with notification to cardholders through appropriate channels, and in accordance with the instructions of the Palestine Monetary Authority.
